Curious Nerd, Tech Wizard

Hiya! I’m Lorenzo, also known as Lenny. I am a Software Developer, working towards Full-Stack Development. I love gaming, but I’m also a collector of pins and steel books! I am known to be a curious person who immediately Googles something I don’t know (which my girlfriend loves about me! 🙂)

I started my software journey during Junior year of High School and immediately fell in love with it! No surprise there since I’ve wanted to be a video game developer since childhood. 🎮 I took a UI/UX course in college and thoroughly enjoyed creating user interfaces that I decided to dive headfirst into web development, particularly frontend.

I’ve been focusing on frontend development since 2023, specifically on vanilla web technologies and React Native. I spend a lot of time improving my web design skills in Figma as well as learning all I can to build the most accessible applications possible using ARIA standards!

Real-World Projects

Like many people who enjoy creating things, I have a gigantic list of projects I would like to create. 😅 All of those projects come with wildly different challenges, but that’s where the fun begins! The curiosity in me lives for those challenges because they let me be creative in how I approach and solve them.

what are my goals?

Lifelong Learner

Becoming a talented Full-Stack Developer is my endgame. I have a solid foundation as a frontend developer, but I’m currently filling in those backend gaps, such as databases, account management, and most importantly, software security. I have a long way to go, but I’m very excited to learn what I don’t know.

In addition to my technical goals, some personal goals of mine are to explore the world (specifically Scandinavia and Japan!), expand my view on other cultures, and find my place in the crazy world! Thank you for getting this far down the page! 😄
